Delete your KRONIA account

KRONIA lets you permanently delete your account and the associated KRONIA data.

Delete your account in the app

Open KRONIA and choose Menu → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This removes your KRONIA account and associated app data, including your child’s memory-book content, books, moments and photographs stored in KRONIA.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@paxintu.com from the email address associated with your KRONIA account.

Use the subject Delete KRONIA account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

When your KRONIA account is deleted, we delete the account and associated KRONIA content from our systems, subject only to limited information that must be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance with legal obligations.

Purchase and transaction records independently retained by Apple, Google or other service providers are governed by their respective retention policies and are not controlled by KRONIA.
